Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery time
- Malaysia (West): 2–3 business days
- Malaysia (East): 5–7 business days
- International: 15–25 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier service.
Shipping fees & duties
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Responsibility & risk
Once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or local delivery authorities.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, strikes, peak seasons, local delivery issues, or other unforeseen events.
Missed delivery & unclaimed parcels
We are not responsible for parcels that are undelivered due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Local delivery restrictions
- Failure to collect or claim the parcel
If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier, a refund may only be issued after the parcel has been successfully received and inspected by us.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped. If a parcel is disposed of, destroyed, or otherwise not returned by the destination carrier or local authority due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, no refund will be issued.
