Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped using the method selected at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery time
- West Malaysia: 2-3 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
- International: 7-16 business days
Note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, customs, and local courier performance.
Shipping fees & duties
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Responsibility & risk
Once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or customs.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Missed delivery & unclaimed parcels
We are not responsible for parcels that are undelivered due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Local delivery restrictions
- Failure to collect or claim the parcel
Refunds will only be issued if the parcel is successfully returned to us by the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the parcel is disposed of or destroyed by local authorities due to being unclaimed, no refund will be issued.
