Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected and returned at your expense.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
