We’re a small team in an access-controlled building, so visits are by appointment only. To make a purchase, just place your order online, then use our appointment link to schedule your pickup time.
Shipping & delivery
Yes, we offer in-office pickup at our Mont Kiara location for orders totaling MYR20 or more. Pickups are available by appointment only. Simply select "In-office pickup" at checkout and use the appointment link to schedule your pickup time.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout after you enter your shipping address.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes for international orders. Some orders may also experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges or delays. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Returns & refunds
You can initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be unused and in saleable condition. Returns that don't meet our policy will be sent back at your expense. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to damage or misdelivery. Ensure your return is shipped with a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
