Orders & payment

We’re a small team in an access-controlled building, so visits are by appointment only. To make a purchase, just place your order online, then use our appointment link to schedule your pickup time.

Shipping & delivery

Yes, we offer in-office pickup at our Mont Kiara location for orders totaling MYR30 or more. Pickup is available by appointment only. Select "In-office pickup" at checkout and use the appointment link to schedule your pickup time.

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. All charges will be clearly shown before payment.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or control these fees or any customs delays. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & refunds
