Payment accepts the following forms of payment:

Order status and history

If you have a registered account, you can always view your order details by clicking on Account > Order History, find your order and click on View.

If you used a guest account to order, you'll be notified by email once your order status is changed. If you do not receive a status update email after one working day, please check your spam mail folder or contact us.

We would be happy to help you cancel or update your order's address information prior to your order shipping, please contact us so we can assist you. Note: We can not make specific changes to items within an order.

Shipping and handling

Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.


You may add your desired items into the shopping cart and clicking on View Cart > Estimate Shipping & Taxes, to check the shipping rate.

The estimated delivery times listed on the page apply to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities may incur additional days. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Self collection

We offer Self Collection as an option for our local Klang Valley customers. Simply select Self Collection at Checkout and contact us to arrange collection.

Returns and refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to initiate a return. Please make sure your items are returned in unused and saleable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or mis-delivered.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, and please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.
