LIVEPLUS.shop accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Cards
  • Online banking
  • E-wallets

Order status and history

If you have a registered account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Account > Order History.
  3. You will see a list of all of your orders, along with their current status.
  4. To view more information about a specific order, click on the View link.

If you are a guest:

You will need to find the order confirmation email that you received from our store. In the email, there will be a link to view your order details. Once you click on the link, you will be taken to the order details page.


Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out the following business day.

To estimate the shipping rate for your order, add your desired items to the shopping cart and click "View Cart" > "Estimate Shipping & Taxes".

The estimated delivery times listed on the page apply to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may take additional days.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Additionally, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information.


In-office pickup

We offer pickup at our Mont Kiara office for customers who want to pickup their orders. At checkout, select "In-office pickup" and use the appointment link to schedule a pickup time. Available time slots and details can be found on the appointment website.


Returns and refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please return your items unused and in saleable condition. We won't accept returns that don't meet our policy, and we'll send them back to you at your expense. You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or misdelivery.

Please ensure that all return packages are shipped with a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
