We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:30am MYT (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am MYT or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities may incur additional days. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on these products:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt for refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. While your returned order is in transit it is still your responsibility and we therefore advise that you send items by registered delivery to insure the value of your items.
Refunds will be made by your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving your return and please note that we cannot be responsible for return postage costs.
